In order to confirm fit you'd need to ensure you have enough space for the 4" tall x 9" wide x 20" long body to fit and that the 2.25" inlet and 2.25" outlet match what you have now. All of the trailer hitches for your 2011 Nissan Altima require drilling and temporary removal of the muffler for installation. All of them also are rated for 2,000 pounds gross trailer weight and 200 pounds tongue weight so they can handle a trailer up to those capacities. Check the Altima owners manual for its towing capacities and go by the lower rating.

The aftermarket exhaust tips should not interfere with you being able to install this Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11317. What would cause problems would be if the aftermarket exhaust had mufflers that were larger in diameter than the stock mufflers.
The # C11317 does require some minor drilling for installation, but with a decent drill and drill bit you should not have a problem installing this hitch.

Installation of the Draw-Tite # DT65GR on your 2024 Kia Seltos is estimated to take about 40 minutes. This is a very simple installation that you can easily perform by yourself. I reached out to Camco regarding a weld-on installation of the bushings for the Gen-Turi RV Generator Exhaust System # CAM44461. According to my contact, this is a perfectly acceptable way to install the system. When possible, welding will always outperform something like the clamps that are included when performed by a professional.
